Job description:

o Manages organization operations by directing and coordinating activities consistent with established goals, objectives, and policies.
o Follows direction set by Board of Directors and Representative Office Director
o Implements programs to ensure attainment of business plan for growth and profit.
o Provides direction and structure for operating units.
o May participate in developing policy and strategic plans

General requirements:

o At least 10 years experience oversea
o At least 5 years experience in management
o Extensive experience in worldwide architecture or construction firms
